How do I register with Olympia Skating Club?

Open the “Getting Started” tab on the website, complete the forms and submit the payment.
The registration fee you pay covers your annual Skate Canada membership from September 1 to
August 31. You will need to renew this every year.

How do I pay?

Payment can be sent by e-transfer to skateolympia@gmail.com. Alternately, cash payment can
be submitted to any of the board members.

What does it cost to skate with Olympia?

A one time drop in pass is $28; a 10 time pass is $250; a 20 time pass is $470.

Does the pass include lessons?

No. If you would like coaching / lessons, please speak directly to the coach

How do I book skating time?

Once you have registered, you will be sent an invitation to Sign Up Genius. If you do not receive
an invitation to the Sign Up Genius for each month, email the club at skateolympia@gmail.com.
Please sign up for any session you plan to attend. If you cannot skate on a previously booked
day, you must cancel on the Sign Up Genius by 10:00pm the night before to avoid being charged
for your ice time.

Am I allowed to skate with Olympia if I am not a member?

Yes! We welcome guests on our ice with the following conditions: you must have a current Skate
Canada membership; sign up on morning of the day you want to skate on the Sign Up Genius;
your drop in fee must be submitted to the club before skating.

Am I permitted to use headphones / ear buds while on the ice?

Yes, but only in one ear to ensure you are aware of your surroundings.
